Shopping at Simply Mila
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order will be perfected upon completion of the packing of your order. Once your order is complete you will receive a second email with your tracking number.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out within the Terms and Conditions.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

You can verify the status of your order at any time from your SIMPLY MILA account, under Order History.
We do ask for a standard processing time of up to 4 business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. A 'Processing' status means that your order is under review has not yet been shipped.
Changes and canceling your order
You can request an order change or cancellation by emailing here. Your order will be put on hold until we can review your request.
You will need to enter your payment information and select a shipping method. You can add or remove products from your cart before you checkout. Personal information provided on Simplymila.com.com is transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology.
Once we receive your order, we will do a standard pre-authorization on your payment method. If the billing information is incomplete, incorrect, or we need further verification we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped. We currently accept payment by Amex, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
Pricing Policy, duties, and taxes
Prices shown on the Site are in US Dollars and are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped in Florida. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA.
Customers purchasing internationally may incur the relevant import duty and tax by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If so, you will be required to pay these fees upon receiving your order. These costs are not included in the final purchase price. We are unable to accept rejected packages and the relevant duties must be paid by the customer to receive the package.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in US Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
