Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you must request a return authorization at info@simplymila.com. Please include the reason of return.
A return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Once you receive your authorization number, the return must be back to us within 10 days.
International returns are at the customer expense.
We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Make sure to include the packing slip included in your package, and mail to the address below:

We do not accept COD package.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost of $10.
All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back.
Merchandise showing any sign of use will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their cost of $10.
Merchandise must have all original tags attached and be returned in the original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
All special release products and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges. NO EXCEPTIONS.
For full priced items, a refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise to process the return. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
The return authorization number and order number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.
Any returns received without a return authorization number, that do not comply with the above, or that for any other reason Simply Mila deems unacceptable may be denied at the discretion of Simply Mila.
Simply Mila monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
